The Gambia, officially known as the Republic of The Gambia, is a country located in West Africa. It shares a border with Senegal. The official languages are English and Mandinka. The capital is Banjul and largest cities are Serekunda and Brikama.

The flag of Gambia was adopted in February 1965 after independence from Great Britain. The design consists of three horizontal red, blue and green bands separated by two narrow white lines.
