Thong Trairong
Thailand, officially known as the Kingdom of Thailand, is a country located in Southeast Asia. It shares land borders with Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Malaysia, as well as a sea border with the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea. The official language is Thai, other languages used include Thai, Isan, Lanna, Dambro, Karen, Pattani Malay, Bangkok and Malay. The capital and largest city is Bangkok.
The flag of Thailand known as Thong Trairong, meaning ‘tricolour’ was adopted in September 1917. The design consists of five horizontal stripes of red, white, double depth blue, white and red.
